Peak Outdoor training will be donating the equivalent to our annual mileage for all our activities to ensure the company offsets carbon emissions. Peak outdoor training and the team work to ensure that each of areas of work involves putting something back to improve the environment.

Victoria is an enthusiastic, energetic and professional outdoor instructor who has a wide range of experience and outdoor leadership qualifications. Victoria is a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University and has worked for the Catlin Arctic Survey as a personal paddle trainer and extensively as an outdoor instructor. Victoria is qualified to deliver rock climbing, paddlesport, foundation safety and rescue courses and caving. A truly inspiring outdoor professional who delivers the best outdoor experience.
Luke has a true passion for the outdoors and has been climbing and mountaineering for the past 12 years. His travels have taken him all over the UK, as well as to many of the sport crags of Europe and the high peaks of the Alps. Luke holds the Mountaineering Instructor Award, qualifying him to work in all aspects of rock climbing and summer mountaineering.
Dan Mackinlay is a full time Mountain Instructor, Expedition Leader and Technical Advisor. He holds the Mountain Instructor Certificate, the highest award for instructors working in the UK. This means he works in summer and winter and is able to work in all the mountain areas of the country. As an expedition leader, Dan has led more than fifteen trips around the world. These trips have been to the greater ranges in Asia and South America. Dan has developed an easy going and professional style.
Andy is clam, professional instructor with over 10 years experience. Andy delivers the National Navigation Award for Peak Outdoor Training. Andy has a strong base of qualifications and is qualified to deliver climbing, kayaking, canoeing. Andy enjoys working with clients and helping them with there personal development. In summary Andy is a natural outdoor instructor who has excellent communication skills and teaching skills.
Jim is a true outdoor enthusiast. Experienced sea kayaker, rock climber and general mountaineer, his love for the outdoors has taken him from remote Scottish Islands to high Alpine peaks, climbing extensively throughout the UK and Europe, mountaineering and trekking as far afield as the South American Andes. Jim has a very calm and positive coaching style and loves to inspire and empower others to go out and enjoy the natural world.
Pete Stacey
holds the Mountain Instructors Award and the International Mountain Leaders Award. Pete has also been the Chair of the Association of Mountaineers and has a great wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon. As an expedition leader Pete has recently led groups in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, Ladakh and the French Pyrenees.
Jai Henderson is a full-time professional within the outdoors, he has been a Mountain Bike Tutor for the MBLA for 7 years, training and assessing aspirant leaders for all levels within the award. His Outdoor Experience is vast, holding the Mountain Insructor Award, BASI Ski Instructor, Mountain Leader Winter, RYA Offshore Skipper and is a BCU Level 3 Coach in Kayaking Inland, Surf, Sea and Canoe. His passion is Mountain Biking and fully endorses the MBLA Scheme.
Alan Little is a qualified mountain leader, climbing instructor and canoeing/kayaking coach. He has a wide experience of mountaineering around the world including expeditions to the Alps, Dolomites, South America and Nepal. Alan is a qualified physical education teacher who adopts a friendly and professional leadership style.
Jules is a BCU aspirant Level 5 Canoe Coach, and has a wide breadth
and depth of experience to draw on from the ventures he has undertaken and
trips he has lead around the world. Despite Open Canoeing being his real
passion, he is also qualified in both White Water and Sea Kayak.
He is an established BCU Safety and Rescue Provider and is the European
Chief Instructor for Rescue Training International, providing rescue training
around the globe, including having delivered the first Swiftwater Rescue
course for the Singapore Canoe Federation in Thailand.
Adam Palin is Peak Outdoor Training's lead web developer. He is responsible for the online representation of Peak Outdoor Training. Adam has a keen interest in all things online, along with mountain biking, and takes any opportunity to get out on his bike and up some hills.
