Kinder Scout – Guided Walk – Day Walk - 2011 - Peak District
An exhilarating climb up to the edges of Kinder Scout, with stunning views, varied topography, challenging terrain and distinctive ecology. (Approx 12 miles/20km and 700m of ascent). This strenuous upland moorland route covers tracks, paths and rough moorland paths and has steep ascents and descents. It reaches an altitude of 633m on a very exposed moorland plateau.
A qualified mountain leader will guide you on this full day walk.
This walk can be delivered on any date to indviduals or groups as a bespoke activity.
